Stability Ball
The stability ball is a great addition to fitness programs for all fitness levels. Stability balls can be used in a group X setting as well as one on one personal training.
I developed a Stability Ball training the trainers in Fitness Warriors. I want to now extend that training to fitness pros at large. I have added how I use the stability ball as an assessment tool for establishing baseline parameters for core strength that includes several different movements.
If you are not a trainer you are still invited. If you are thinking about becoming a trainer this is definitely for you. We will be going over exercise selection criteria, codes of ethics and what pro trainers must know to be considered professional by industry standards.
Mitt Fitt
This training will introduce you to how to use focus mitts and boxing gloves to create an awesome cardio program. You will be taught a list of various movements that include punching, kicks, knees, elbow strikes and abdominal work using the mitts and gloves.
You will be given an entire routine and a series of combos to build on or mix and match.
All materials will be given in digital format to keep for your later use.
This modality is a tried and true experience that will get you and your participants sweating very quickly. You will see your ab development revealed just like boxers as every strike, punch, kick, duck, slip or knee brings the core/ab complex into play. You will also receive an introduction to 52 Blocks Cardio Style, a strictly urban fighting modality created in secret much like Capoeira. This modality comes with a certificate of completion.
Training is on separate days. You can purchase both for 150.00, separated they are 80.00 each. Training is 2.5 hours in length usually depending on questions and needs of the participants.
Stability Ball Training is Sat July 31st 9am To 12 noon. Bring your own stability ball, MAT and water. There will be some balls available. But bring your own for sanitary and safety purposes.
Mitt Fit Training will be August 7th 9am to 12 noon. Bring your own set of gloves and or mitts, a MAT, and water. . Some gloves and mitts will be provided. But bring your own for sanitary and safety purposes.
